I am a second generation Casey's customer. My family has been using the shop for 20+ years. Me and my father both bring antique trucks in, same goes for our newer cars. Even when I was in high school I would bring my cars in when I couldn't fix the problem myself. Will never forget when I was 16 years old instead of them robbing me they actually offered me advice on how to fix the problem myself. 12 years later, last week i brought in my Lexus and they just did the exact same thing- told me what the problem was and told me how to fix it myself. They didn't even charge me to look at it. If All companies where as honest as Casey's, the world would be a much better "place"
